Bryan’s background is in entrepreneurship, scaling business, creating strategic partnerships, public speaking, training, mentorship, and sales management

Most recently Bryan co-founded and became the President of Sales of Solcius, the 7th largest residential solar company in the country. Solcius hired its first employee  in 2013 and in just over three years the business has grown to employ over 250 people, operate in eight states, and be ranked in the top three best solar companies to work for, according to bestcompanies.com. Solcius has experienced unprecedented growth increasing sales volume by more than 1400% and now generates over eight figures of annualized revenue under Bryan’s leadership. Prior to Solcius, Bryan served as the President and Co-Founder of Invictus Solar, opening markets throughout Northern and Southern California. Bryan also acted as the Vice President and directed Pinnacle Security’s new product launch division, partnering with SunRun Solar and Sprint’s 4G internet service called Clear, where he opened and grew the business across 15 States bringing in over 45,000 new customers.

Bryan holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from the Huntsman School of Business at Utah State University and also graduated Cum Laude with a B.S. in Business Management from Utah State. Bryan is the husband to Jamie Jackson and is a father of four beautiful children.


Sergio is an Entrepreneur, Published Author, Motivational speaker and Entertainer with more than 15 years of experience in the world of Business and TV.

Sergio has also worked as a consultant, recruiter and sales trainer for some of the biggest marketing and sales organizations of the US. His track record increasing sales and establishing the right culture is impeccable – as he has tripled the gross revenue in some of them.

Early in his career, Sergio saw the need for a Spanish Late Night Talk show in the United States. Regardless of the fact that the Late Night Talk is a format that’s been proven to be successful for almost 50 years all over the world, no one was doing it. Sergio then, wrote, financed, hosted and produced the very first Late Night Talk Show in spanish and licensed it to the 2nd largest producer of spanish content on the planet.

Currently, Sergio represents Chevrolet in the Spanish market all over the world. Having shot more than 100 commercials for them, Sergio has been the star of their Spanish campaign for almost 4 years now. General Motors said that this campaign “is not going anywhere” – as their overall sales have gone up 34%, making it the most successful ad campaign ever as far as ROI goes.

Sergio’s mission and true passion is to motivate, inspire and empower others to become the best version of themselves possible. With his book and seminar both titled “Unstoppable”, Sergio has changed the lives of thousands, by having delivered full day seminars in front of as many as 3,000 people in stages as respected as the Los Angeles Convention Center.


Hugo’s experience is in consulting, media production, entrepreneurship and online strategy. He has worked for various Fortune 500 companies as directive in Mexico as well as consultant for several top companies in Mexico in different industries such as Banking, Retailing, Media and Manufacturing.

Starting in 2000, Mr. Mendieta worked during 5 years for Microsoft as Manager for the develop, implementation and maintenance of the company’s web strategy across Latinamerica. He worked as well with Advertising Agency Ogilvy&Mather in both Mexico City and New York as strategist for several clients such as Ford Motor Company, Coca Cola, IBM, Unilever and his brands, among others.

He Co-founded in 2014 in Monterrey, Mexico Ergo-UX a consulting firm where he helped several clients into successfully position their brands in the digital world through innovative strategies and a strong focus on business efficiency.

Mr. Mendieta holds a degree in Computer Sciences and a Master in e-Commerce from the Monterrey Technological Institute and holds several certifications ranging from Web Design, Media Production to Marketing and Sales. He’s passionate about the development of learning platforms as a mean to provide better education for all, disregarding of their income, background or social status.

Mr. Mendieta is married to Anabel González and has 3 great children.
